TwentyTen Vanishing Header is a WordPress plugin by JarretC that removes the whitespace in the TwentyTen header when no header image is specified. Removing the white space gives the page a mush cleaner look.
Twenty Ten is the default theme for WordPress. Twenty Ten is just one of many new features in the major new version of WordPress, version 3. It replaces the old theme, kubrik.
The image displayed is the standard Twenty Ten theme without use of this plugin.
