Otto has published a WordPress 3.0: Multisite Domain Mapping Tutorial, it shows how to implement multiple domain blogs from within the same WordPress 3.0 install. It uses WordPress MU Domain Mapping plugin, this plugin allows users of a WordPress MU site to map their blog to another domain.
