Fast Secure Contact Form – SMS Addon a WordPress plugin by mediaburst and martinsteel, sends a text message each time somebody fills out one of your forms.
You need a Mediaburst SMS API Account and some SMS credits to use this plugin. Requires WordPress 3 or higher Fast Secure Contact Form version 3.1 or higher A Mediaburst SMS API Account
Install the plugin through WordPress admin and then enter your mediaburst username and password. You’ll find these settings under Settings -> FS Contact Form SMS
