WP-InstantBackup is a WordPress plugin by krciga22 and nickyoung that makes it simple to perform database and/or directory backups via FTP, Email, or both.
Optional URL Instant backup allows you to make a secret key and perform a backup remotely by visiting a URL containing your secret key. All backups are zipped and can optionally be password protected. Custom File name allows you to specify the prefix of the output zip file, and we automatically append the date, time, and a random string for extra security.
