Weblogtools collection has published “Admin Bar Plugin Roundup” a useful article for those who want more/less or no admin bar, a new feature in WordPress 3.1.
We have found when upgrading to WordPress 3.1 from recent WordPress 3 versions different features appear in the new admin bar on different sites.
