You can recover a WordPress admin password if you have forgotten it, lost or it stops working.
Using phpMyAdmin in cPanel go to wp_users and click “browse.”
On the user_pass field, click “browse” and find the ID number associated with your login and click Edit.
Select the password content and delete it. Type in your new password.
In the dropdown menu, choose MD5.
Click Go or Save at the bottom of the screen.
Return to the tab for your WordPress blog and test the new password.
If this doesn’t work, try again!

Thanks guys, one of my sites got hacked and they changed my password. Luckily I could still get into the CPanel and followed your instructions to change it back. I’m now off to secure my site!
