This plugin by Danny van Kooten adds a checkbox to your comment form, that when checked automatically adds the email-adress of the comment poster to your newsletter/mailinglist of choice. Sending the subscribers name too is optional. Most theme’s support that this checkbox gets added automatically when the plugin is activated. If not, you can add the action hook manually to your theme. Check out the Qoate Newsletter Sign Up page on how to do that.
