The question and answer forum is alongside your blog/site allowing the blog to function as normal. Shortcodes are provided for, a customisable, ask question form and displaying list of questions (which can be filtered by user, including the current user, and categories) so that you can create the pages associated with the forum.
The display of the questions can be customised using your theme. By default questions will be displayed using the template used for your posts allowing answering of the question using your comment form. Creating a single-question.php allows you full control of how it looks.
