WP-Cycle Image Slideshow Plugin for WordPress

Published 18 June 2010 One Comment

WP-Cycle plugin by Nathan Rice allows you to upload images from your computer, which will then be used to generate a jQuery Cycle Plugin slideshow of the images.

Each image can also be given a URL which, when the image is active in the slideshow, will be used as an anchor wrapper around the image, turning the image into a link to the URL you specified. The slideshow is set to pause when the user hovers over the slideshow images, giving them ample time to click the link.

Images can also be deleted via the plugins Administration page.

Plugin is working on this site wordpressinfo.com at the top of the sidebar >>>> Clicking on the image will take you to the story the image is featured in.

I love this plugin but I have a little problem and not sure how to fix it.

I am using wp_cycle 0.1.8 and it works great but when I activate the sidebar widgit (wp events calendar 6.6) the slideshow goes blank.

    Any clue?

    The site is http://new.wheelersburgbaptist.com/

    Any help is appreciated

    Thank you
    Chas
