The downside is that they host the result pages (you can use a custom sub domain) - this just means that IMO the image quality is low and the listing layout is kind of weak. Also its not the most ideal SEO solution. That said this plugin combined w/ IDX Broker is the best solution currently available on WP. The IDX broker plugin is the easiest way to integrate a full MLS search into WP.
