IDX WordPress Plugin for Realtors® and WordPress Theme Designers
WordPress is a CMS (Content Management System) used by Realtors® to communicate information about neighborhoods, trends, market dynamics, and other knowledge that can be useful to potential buyers and sellers. Realtor® members of a local Multiple Listing Service (MLS) have access to an MLS/IDX data feed that contains daily property listing information. Realtors® may use this data to display property listings on a website and/or blog for the purpose of attracting visitors and clients.
The new IDX Broker Plugin for WordPress provides Realtors® with an easy way to add integrated MLS search tools, custom neighborhood and community pages, email notification services, and property listing widgets to a WordPress site or blog.

The plugin is now available for download from the company’s website. The plugin may also be downloaded and installed directly from within WordPress.

The IDX broker plugin is the easiest way to integrate a full MLS search into WP.
The downside is that they host the result pages (you can use a custom sub domain) – this just means that IMO the image quality is low and the listing layout is kind of weak. Also its not the most ideal SEO solution.
That said this plugin combined w/ IDX Broker is the best solution currently available on WP.
